LAW 2025-002 on State owned bodies and enterprises
This Law governs the general status of state owned bodies and enterprises . It determines the basic objectives of the State's action and lays down the procedures for the creation, organisation, operation, control, merger, demerger, subsidiarisation, dissolution and liquidation of the said entities and governs their relations with the State.
