Short-term

• Implement integrated digital monitoring tools.
• Generalize harmonized reporting frameworks and performance indicators for all state owned bodies and enterprises .

Medium and long term

• Position the DGTF as a reference interlocutor for technical and financial partners in the public sector.
• Achieve greater transparency on the financial situation and governance of state owned bodies and enterprises (reports, indicators, programme contracts).
• Fully implement the State's shareholder policy and dividend policy provided for in Law 2025 002.
• Gradually reduce the burden of operating subsidies and increase the net contribution of state owned bodies and enterprises to the State budget (dividends, taxes, royalties).
